Maggie Hu

Maggie has been in her own practice since 2003.

Prior to that, she was employed by Australian Taxation Office, where she gained her invaluable professionalism in taxation and auditing.

Maggie has been in continuous public practice and has gained a wide range of skills and experience in dealing with all aspects of running and maintaining a business.

Qualifications

MBA, Chartered Accountant, CPA China, Financial Planner, Registered Taxation Agent, Registered SMSF Auditor and Justice Peace.

Eileen Tsui

Eileen joined Leadersen as a Graduate Accountant.

She provides general accounting with taxation service.

Eileen also provides office administration and management support to Leadersen.

Qualifications: Master of Professional Accounting, Master of Economics in University of Sydney

Erica Yajie Zhang

Erica joined Leadersen as a Graduate Accountant. She has achieved Chartered Financial Analyst Level 2.

Erica has been developing her taxation and accounting skills through her current work on a wide range of businesses, individuals and superannuation.

Qualifications: Master of Professional Accounting, Bachelor of Finance

RACHEL JIAWEN LU

Rachel joined the Firm in 2000 as an Accountant with experience in MYOB and Quicken. She is Trainer and Installer of MYOB, Quicken and etc.

Rachel has specialised in Taxation, and achieved HD in CPA Advanced Taxation She has worked with clients from different industries, from IT to building, from wholesale to retail.

Qualifications: Master of Professional Accounting in UNSW; CPA Australia Associate Member

Ying Yan

Ying has been with the firm since 2010. Prior to that, she was employed by an Australian Manufactory company and worked as accounts clerk and customer accounts manager, also as a team leader monitoring up to 15 staffs.

She has Taxation advice, Small to medium size business consultancy and financial reports, also the bookkeeping service started working related to accounting since 2008.

Qualifications: MBA, CPA Australia, Chartered Accountant associate member, Bachelor of business Administration in china

Crystal Qing Chen

Crystal joined the firm in 2007 from a VOIP industry company. She has had the opportunity to know what it is like both as an Accountant in Public practice and in Commerce.

Crystal has specialised in Taxation & Accounting Service, and also has experience with business migration auditing. She has worked with clients of different sizes: from high wealth individuals with companies, trusts, self-managed super fund.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Professional Accounting (Macquarie University), Bachelor of Media and Communication (China), Member: Institute of Certified Practising Accountant of Australia
